  • The purpose of the Community Center is to provide a safe,clean,and respectful space for community gatherings, meetings, events, and recreational activities that support the values and well-being of the community of Eliasville, Texas.

Rules of Use

  • Prohibited Activities : The following activities are prohibited on the premises of the Community Center.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
  • Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs.
  • No Firearm usage on premises.

Facility Care and Cleanliness: All users of the community Center are responsible for:

  • Leaving the facility in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Removing all personal items and trash.
  • Restoring furniture and equipment to its original position or location. (Chairs need to be stacked and placed in the bathrooms.

Utilities and Securities: Upon concluding use of the facility, the responsible party must:

  • Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and appliances.
  • Ensure all water faucets, refrigerator, hot water heater, and fixtures are shut off.
  • All doors locked and secured.

Reservations and Fees:

  • All individuals or groups wishing to use the Community Center must contact the community Center Committee in advance to check availability and make a reservation.
  • A rental fee of $50 for 2 to 4 hours, over 4 hours $75 dollars a day.
  • A $20 Deposit fee that is refundable shall be required upon reservation. Refunds of deposit require a one week prior cancellation, 50% refund shall be giving if cancellation less than one wk.
  • Full payment shall be required prior to usage of facilities
  • Persons responsible for usage of facility shall sign a Liability Waiver releasing us of accidents, etc.

Violations of our rules may result in:

  • Revocation of privilege to use the Community Center.
  • Financial liability for any damages or additional cleaning required.
  • Legal action if warranted by severity of the infraction.
